OUR STORY
In 1938, our distillery was founded with a passion for crafting exceptional whiskies. Today, we're proud to introduce you to our Classic Black, Green, and Peated whiskies. Each one is carefully crafted using traditional methods and unique ingredients. This process goes back over a century when all malting in Speyside would have topped up fires with cuts of peat when coal supplies ran low, gifting the whiskies a distinct character. This subtly smoky character adds depth to our spirit and enhances the complexity and flavor profile of our core range of whiskies.
OUR PROCESS
We use select malts and blend them with fine European grains. Our expert distillers then age our whiskies in oak casks for at least 12 years. This slow aging process allows the flavors to mature and develop into complex, rich whiskies. We follow high-standard processes and procedures. With time comes the taste. We know the importance of packaging. We bottle the liquor with care to maintain the same great taste. It doubles up when it's in Oak Casks.

CLASSIC BLACK
Silky smooth and dry, with hints of dried apricot and nougat. The 15 year old Blended Scotch Whisky enjoys its final maturation in Malts. The Dragon 15 year old is a truly luxurious world-class malt. Matured in traditional oak casks and first-fill Oloroso Sherry butts, dried apricot, nougat, and distinctive nutty flavors develop into bursts of tropical fruit with mellow undertones and a rich, full-bodied finish.
PEATED BLENDING MALT
A smoky introduction to peated whiskies, with campfire notes and vanilla undertones. Our Peated Blending Malt Balancing smoky intensity with our classic Speyside smoothness, this dram is a fascinating introduction to peated whiskies. It begins with barley which, unusually for Dragon, is dried in a peat-fired kiln, for hints of smoke. Uniting this peated barley with our traditional malted barley, our craftsmen distill a lightly peated spirit threaded with distinctive campfire notes. Aged in American oak casks for undertones of vanilla and oak, this smoky single malt reveals a new dimension to Dragon Whiskey.
CLASSIC GREEN
Light, smooth, and fruity, with flavors of green apple and honey. Light, smooth, and fruity, our Classic is the perfect introduction to the world of Blended Scotch whiskey. Encapsulating the flavors for which Dragon and indeed Speyside itself is loved around the world. Approachable and easy drink matured entirely in Scotland oak casks; our Classic opens the door to discovering the rest of Dragon Blended Scotch whiskies.
